What is transformational education?

Transformative learning utilizes any number of methods and exercises to allow people to explore and discover whole new ways of thinking about and living life. All human beings have blind spots and views that are detrimental to producing the results we want. The discovery of those blind spots leaves you with a new opportunity to make the difference you want.

How would you classify these programs?

Our work deals with individual contexts and how they impact the overall culture of an organization. It’s sometimes referred to as soft-skill training, emotional intelligence, interpersonal communications, inclusive culture training. We have found the most effective breakthroughs come from participating in a group learning setting.

What is “context”?

A person's context is the unconscious mindset from which they operate. It is shaped by their personal experiences and the conclusions drawn from those experiences. Those conclusions are often interpretations of reality now masquerading as facts and significantly impacting behaviors and outcomes.

Who can benefit?

The Trade Up! methodology can be applied to any area of life, and practiced to cause future breakthroughs.

A few examples of what participants have gained from participating:

  • Current Managers: understand why people do what they do and identify effective ways to impact behavior and results in a sustainable way

  • Individuals Looking for Career Assessment or Advancement: explore what's next or how to move to the next level

  • Individuals Launching a New Project: discover how to create a context for your project to accelerate the process

  • Individuals Dealing with Specific Breakdowns or Issues: get to the bottom of what isn't working and correct it at the source

  • Individuals Noticing Behavioral Patterns: get to the source of why they receive the same feedback and/or have challenging relationships at work or in their personal lives

Which program should I attend?

The most powerful insights often emerge when participating in a group setting, either one of our open-enrollment programs or in-house with your colleagues. You can expect:

Trade Up! 1.0 Intensive – Introduction of methodology and its overall practical application.

Trade Up! 5 Session Series – Introduction of methodology, including a deep-dive into your prevailing context and the creation of a new future.

One-to-one consulting/coaching provides confidentiality and personal attention.

In-House Customized Training – Leaders who have participated in this transformational work often discover the power of introducing this work to their organization. These trainings are designed and customized in partnership with the client.

What to expect in our group programs?

All programs are being conducted virtually. Attendees can expect an environment of generosity, empowerment, relationship and authenticity, using an applied learning approach to solving challenging personal and professional concerns. Participants will be guided through a series of conversations and exercises as a group, pairs and one on one.

How soon before the seminar starts can I register?

You can register for any Allinium open-enrollment courses by visiting our programs page. Registration for the Trade Up! Series will close one week prior to the start date, or until all spots are reserved.

May I pay by check?

Yes. Please contact us at finance@allinium.com to arrange for an invoice.

How do I register more than one person?

The easiest way to register multiple people is to go to our programs page, select the program and fill out the form for each participant. Additional discounts are available for multiple registrations from one company. Please contact us for pricing. No more than 6 people from one organization can participate in the series at the same time.

Will I have any pre-program assignment to complete?

Yes. You will get an email prior to the first session including a short pre-program questionnaire. We will use the information from your questionnaire to customize the content of the series appropriately. In the past, it has taken participants 15-45 minutes to complete the pre-program questionnaire.

What can I expect as a participant in the 5 session series?

The Trade Up! 5 Session Series offers an opportunity to get to the bottom of ANY unworkability in your life. Your results in the series will be directly correlated to your level of engagement with the assignments between sessions. Each session of the series will include new exercises and practices to be explored between sessions. You should allow 90 minutes each week for coursework to insure the maximum outcomes. Our program leaders will be available for coaching between sessions.

What if I haven’t participated in any Allinium events?

The Trade Up! 5 Session Series is open to anyone. Most participants enroll in the series in order to develop the depth of insights and training that will make a sustainable difference. The only pre-requisite for any of our programs is curiosity and an appetite to explore counter-intuitive ways of thinking and living.

I’m an introvert. How can I get the most out of the program?

The transformational experience of the program happens because of your listening, so the value you get from the program is not dependent on your speaking. However, your sharing allows the other participants in the program to gain value from your insights, and will sometimes allow them to discover something about themselves in the process.

I’m not sure I’m experienced or senior enough to participate. I’m worried about being intimidated.

This is a common experience for even the most senior men and women participating in our programs. It is likely you are in the program with other people feeling the same way.

Will I have to share personal information about myself?

The program is personal in nature and you are likely to discover things about yourself that may surprise you. However, you are not required to share anything publicly that you are uncomfortable sharing.

Will what I share stay confidential?

We request that all names, companies, and conversations that take place in the program be held in the strictest confidence and, to our knowledge, this request has never been violated. We do not share anything publicly related to your participation. It is up to you to share what you gain from being in the program.

‍ Are there any post-program requirements?

No. While there are no requirements after the seminar series completes, we will ask you to complete a post-program survey. We request that you give us candid feedback. We are always looking for ways to make our programs better. And, we hope you will share your experience with your colleagues and friends to help us expand the All In Circle.
