The Allinium Leadership Intensive is a one-day program including breakfast and lunch.

Dates: Tuesday, May 22, 2018.

Location: The Centre Club - 123 S Westshore Boulevard, 8th Floor, Tampa, Florida 33609. The Allinium program will be held in the Ybor Boardroom.

Tuition: $599.

Seminar Leader: Senior Leadership Coach Kristin Votta.

Attendees can expect an environment of generosity, empowerment, relationship and creativity, using an applied learning approach to solving challenging personal and professional concerns. Participants will be guided through a series of exercises as a group, pairs and one on one.

 

What is the leadership methodology used in this program?

This leadership methodology is a powerful process used to guide individuals through a personal reinvention experience that will enable them to achieve breakthrough results both personally and professionally. At its heart is a profound understanding of the role that a person’s context plays in shaping their perception, attitudes, behaviors, and results.

A person’s "context" is the unconscious mindset from which they operate. It is shaped by their personal experiences and the conclusions drawn from those experiences. Those conclusions are masquerading as facts and significantly impacting their behavior and actions.

Only through a “deep tissue” examination of context is one able to reveal current (both effective and ineffective) behavioral patterns, and replace them with a new set of sustainable behaviors that align with personal and organizational objectives.

The 5 steps of Trading Up to a new context are:

·       Reveal - Discovering and articulating a current context that is determining your actions and results

·       Own - Examine the upside and downside of that context and identify the unintended consequences, limitations, and constraints of that context

·       Design - Create a new context that inspires and empowers you and gives you more freedom

·       Sustain - Identify actions to stop doing and create daily practices to start doing

·       Engage - Identify and enlist the people around you to support your new context and interrupt your old one when they see it

Before Your Program

 

Q: How soon can I register before the program?  

A: You can register for any Allinium open-enrollment courses by visiting https://allinium.com/enroll or by clicking on the REGISTER NOW button.

 

Q: How do I pay for my registration?

A: After you register, an invoice will be emailed to the person you listed in the invoice section of the registration form. You can easily pay via credit card online, or mail a check if time permits. Please see email invoice for detailed instructions.

 

Q: How do I register more than one person? 

A: The easiest way to register multiple people is to go to https://allinium.com/enroll and fill out the form once per participant.

Q: Will I have any pre-program assignment to complete? 

A: Yes. You will get an email prior to the first session including a short pre-program questionnaire. We will use the information from your questionnaire to customize the content of the series appropriately. In the past, it has taken participants 15-45 minutes to complete the pre-program questionnaire.

 

Q: What time does my program begin and end? 

A: Please arrive by 8:45am. We will be in the Ybor Boardroom. The person at the front desk can help direct you. The sessions begin promptly at 9:00am and ends at 5:00pm.

 

Q: What should I wear?

Q: Do you offer food?  

A: You will choose your breakfast and lunch from the Centre Club's menu. If you would like a copy prior to the program, please contact Kristin: kristinv@allinium.com.

 

Q: Do you provide parking? 

A: There is ample free parking available in the parking garage in the same building as the Centre Club. Make sure you park in an appropriate area. You can take the elevator to the 8th floor.

 

During Your Program

 

Q: Will I receive any materials at the program? 

A: Yes. You will receive a workbook for the Allinium Leadership exercises we will do.

Q: Will I have to share personal information about myself?

A: The program is personal in nature and you are likely to discover things about yourself that may surprise you. However, you are not required to share anything publicly that you are uncomfortable sharing.

 

Q: Will what I share stay confidential?

A: We request that all names, companies, and conversations that take place in the program be held in the strictest confidence and, to our knowledge, this request has never been violated. We do not share anything publicly related to your participation. It is up to you to share what you gain from being in the program.

After Your Program

 

Q: Are there any post-program requirements?  

A:  No. While there are no requirements after the program completes, we will ask you to complete a post-program survey. We request that you give us candid feedback. We are always looking for ways to make our programs better.
