Over the past 25+ years, women’s initiatives and groups have formed in order to develop and support women to advance and contribute to their organizations. Yet, 25 years of women talking to women about women’s issues, needs and concerns has resulted in the percentage of women in senior leadership positions moving less than 1%.

The Institute for Women’s Leadership and its flagship program Women Leading Change brings an innovative approach to women’s leadership by focusing on Gender Partnership in addition to growing and developing women. Our work with women seeks to optimize the full contribution of men and women rather than only advancing women’s leadership. Women are the key to unlocking the financial, market, productivity and talent potential that Gender Partnership and Inclusive Leadership bring, allowing the men, women and organization to reap considerable benefits.
